Conditions of participation for giveaway, hereinafter referred to as raffle, of 1 x Beginner Set & 1 x Pair of earrings from Ana Dyla on Instagram.

The organizer of the raffle is junglück GmbH, Machtlfinger Straße 30, D-81379 Munich, Germany, hereinafter referred to as JUNGLÜCK. Participation is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

Procedure of the raffle, raffle period

The prize draw will take place on the social media platform Instagram from 28.09.2022 to 05.10.2022. Within this raffle period, users on these platforms will have the opportunity to participate in the raffle.

Participation is free of charge and only possible within the raffle period.

Eligible to participate are natural persons over 18 years of age who are residing in the European Union. Only those who participate personally can take part.

Excluded from the prize draw are participants who, in order to increase their chances of winning, have

• set up and use multiple accounts,
• post multiple likes or comments on the same day.

Employees of JUNGLÜCK are excluded from participating in the prize draw. Also expressly excluded from the prize draw are likes and comments made by prize draw services or similar service providers for their customers/members. JUNGLÜCK reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the prize draw, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair actions or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the prize draw. The raffle may be terminated or interrupted for good cause, in particular if the scheduled course of events is disturbed or impeded.

Winning, notification and forwarding of the prize

Until 05.10.22, one winner of the Bundle will be drawn randomly from all Instagram participants. The winners will be informed of their prize promptly via Instagram by being mentioned underneath the post and via direct message. If the winner does not contact JUNGLÜCK within three days, the prize will go to the next participant drawn. The prize will only be sent to the winner. An exchange, a self-collection, and a cash payment of the prize or a transfer of the prize to a third party are not possible.

Data protection

JUNGLÜCK collects, stores and uses personal data of the participants (first name, surname, postal address, account name on Instagram, e-mail address if applicable) only to the extent that this is necessary to carry out the prize draw, to notify winners or to send the prize.

JUNGLÜCK will not use the personal data for its own advertising purposes and will not pass them on to third parties. After the end of the raffle, the winners' collected and stored personal data will be deleted.
